Genmaicha is a type of Matcha that combines with roasted brown rice. It has sweet and savoury taste which has a fresh matcha flavour and nutty roasted aroma. Gateau is a very rich, elaborate cake, especially on with cream in it to create a high density sponge cake. To combine perfectly the whole tasting, Jasmine Cream was added to composite the super rich Genmaicha Cake.
